We miss you and can’t wait to welcome you back into our offices. We are working hard to obtain the Personal Protective Equipment that is necessary to re-open our offices. Currently, most of the necessary equipment is being funneled to the first responders of the COVID-19 pandemic. There are going to be changes in the way we schedule and how we see you for your appointments. We will be providing you this information at the time we schedule your appointments.  New guidelines have been received from the CDC (Center for Disease Control), OSHA (Occupational, Safety and Health Administration), ADA (American Dental Association), and the AAO (American Association of Orthodontists). Our most important goal is to keep you and our staff safe. These guidelines should be followed by all dental professionals.

Deerwood Orthodontics is one of only a few orthodontic groups that has been certified by the American Association for Ambulatory Health Care in the State of Wisconsin. The AAAHC evaluates all processes within a health care group with a major emphasis on sterilization procedures. Our sterilization procedures have been and will continue to be, second to none.

This has been an extremely stressful situation for our patients and staff. We want to practice safely and provide excellent quality care for all of our orthodontic patients. Please print and sign the COVID Release Form and bring this form to your next appointment. We look forward to seeing you soon.
